Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process. If you are experiencing a dispute, reach out to us and we will send an invitation to the other party to attend mediation. This is the first step. If the invitation to mediate is accepted, we will book a half-day or full-day mediation on a day that works for all parties.

A half-day mediation is up to 4 hours long. This is perfect for disputes that are fairly focused on one main issue, without a lot of peripheral issues that need to be discussed at the same time. If a half-day mediation is booked and more time is needed on the day, it may be possible to extend the booking to a full-day mediation. The mediation fee includes telephone or Zoom attendances with each party prior to the mediation to confidentially discuss the circumstances from each party’s perspective.

Send us a booking enquiry for your preferred date. We will receive the preliminary information you provide on the form. Remember, this process is entirely confidential.
We will contact you to confirm your mediation, and we may need to ask you more about your dispute. We can also send the other party a formal invitation to mediate.
For Family Dispute Resolution (“FDR”), we will book the parties in for an intake appointment, to give us a better understanding about the family circumstances and the children’s needs. An intake is always required for FDR.
On the day of mediation, we help the parties discuss and narrow the issues in dispute, and facilitate discussions about workable outcomes with the ultimate goal of a resolution that works for everyone.
As a family lawyer, I’ve watched people get caught in drawn-out legal battles that leave them exhausted, emotionally drained, and sometimes financially worse off than when they started. I knew there had to be a better way.
At the end of the day, mediation isn’t just about legal outcomes—it’s about helping people rebuild, heal, and make decisions that truly serve them. That’s why I do this work, and it’s why I’m committed to helping people find their way through the most challenging situations.
